Her background in special education has equipped her with the skills to understand diverse needs, build meaningful relationships, and help others navigate challenges with confidence and dignity.

In her role as a case manager, Alonna is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and genuine care for the people she serves. She is passionate about empowering others, connecting clients with the resources they need, and making a positive impact in her community.

Outside of work, Alonna enjoys spending time at the lake, attending concerts, traveling, and creating lasting memories with her family. She values balance, connection, and the simple moments that bring people together.
